
There are two important things to remember going into this 21 day challenge.
1. Focus on ONE thing. It's tempting to want to change lots of things. But actually the best thing you can do is just focus on one. Which one thing that you identified from the session will make the most difference?
2. Habits need a time and a place to live. So make your new habit specific, and make it as easy as possible.
